About the company
Altiora is a Dubai commercial real estate agency planning to open a sister company in luxury concierge and travel.
The new team member will help build the new business from the ground up and serve as a first point of contact for clients.

Serve as the main contact between the host agency, travel platform partners, and high-end clients in the UAE.
Keep client requests moving from first enquiry through post-trip follow-up while handling supporting administration.
What you’ll do
- Handle client requests, preferences, and special occasions with discretion.
- Coordinate bookings and itineraries with the host agency, platforms, hotels, and suppliers.
- Follow up on confirmations, changes, and payments.
- Maintain accurate client records, preferences, and booking details.
- Prepare quotes, itineraries, invoices, and commission tracking.
- Support the founders with general administration and reporting.
What we’re looking for
- Hotel or tourism experience, such as guest relations, concierge, front office, reservations, or travel consulting.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Polished professional communication and discretion with high-profile clients.
- A quick learner comfortable with new systems and booking platforms.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage several clients at once.
- Familiarity with luxury hotel programmes or booking tools is a plus.

Compensation
- Salary is AED 12,500 per month, subject to experience; pay is listed as up to AED 12,500 per month.
