Role overview
Administrative role supporting a newly created part of the company, currently consisting of five employees.
Tasks recur on schedules ranging from weekly to annually; the work previously took about two weeks per month.
Required experience and language
- Experience with Zoho Books.
- Fluent English speaking ability.
Finance and accounts
- Upload and categorize bank transactions in Zoho; allocate payments against invoices.
- Prepare customer quotations and invoices; pay or manage supplier invoices.
- Prepare VAT transactions, submissions, and payments.
Company administration
- Renew the company trade licence, normally each December, and the virtual office, normally between November and December.
- Liaise with government departments for company documents; renew the e-establishment card and coordinate required MOHRE/AMER processes.
Employees and HR
- Handle employee contract and work-permit renewals, registration, related MOHRE/AMER administration, and health-insurance arrangements and renewals.
- Prepare timesheets, process salaries, manage ILOE registration or renewal, and provide employee information needed for payroll and renewals.
Telecoms, suppliers, and vehicle
- Renew the Etisalat contract, manage internet service and five company SIM cards, and pay internet and mobile bills.
- Liaise with suppliers about contracts and renewals.
- Renew company vehicle registration/licence and insurance annually.
Pay
- AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
