In Abu Dhabi, we oversee hotel and apartment assets focused on delivering high-quality guest and tenant experiences while maintaining strong operational and financial controls.
As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant ā Finance & Property Management to support finance operations, tenant management, property administration, and local compliance processes across our Abu Dhabi assets.
Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day administrative and office coordination tasks.
- Maintain organized records, contracts, tenant files, and company documents.
- Coordinate with tenants, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and management updates.
Finance Support
- Process invoices, receipts, and payment requests.
- Track tenant rent collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain financial records and assist with monthly reconciliations.
- Coordinate with the finance team regarding expenses, budgets, and vendor payments.
- Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets.
Property Management Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding administrative matters.
- Manage tenancy contracts, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with service providers.
- Monitor occupancy records and maintain tenant databases.
- Assist in handling tenant communications and property-related documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration, Finance, Property Management, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a similar role.
- Experience working with tenants, lease agreements, rent collections, and property administration is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
- Currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be given preference.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or residential property management.
- Familiarity with property management software and accounting systems.
- Understanding of UAE tenancy and property administration processes.
