Overview

  • MBA Real Estate is looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations and handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Manage day to day office operations and coordinate store activities.
  • Maintain records, documents, inventory, and administrative files.
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal team members.
  • Follow up on inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration or a similar role.
  • Experience in quotation preparation is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and general office procedures.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
  • Transferable Visa
  • Can join Immediately

Pay

  • QAR 3,000 QAR 3,500 per month
