We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Office**r** to join our team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office operations.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and company records.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents.
- Assist with document processing and coordination with various departments.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
