Administrative duties
- Enter and retrieve database information to update records, files, and reservations and answer guest inquiries.
- Transmit information or documents by computer, mail, or fax, and operate standard office equipment.
- Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word-processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including date-stamping and distribution.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems; compile, copy, sort, and file records of office and business activities.
- Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point-of-sale systems.
Guest service and teamwork
- Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate and meet service needs, assist people with disabilities, and thank guests.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review accurate written documents, and use appropriate telephone etiquette.
- Maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to colleagues.
- Perform other reasonable duties requested by a supervisor.
Work expectations
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain a neat and professional appearance and uniform, preserve confidentiality, and protect company assets.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 lb (4.54 kg) without assistance.

- Full-time schedule.
