We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable **Accountant / Stock Keeper** to join our team full-time at our office.

If you are organized, accurate, and comfortable handling both financial and inventory tasks, this role is for you.

**Invoicing & Quotations:** Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, and purchase orders accurately.
**Stock Management:** Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure accurate stock records.
**Record Keeping:** Maintain organized financial and inventory records (physical and digital).
**Data Entry & Reporting:** Update databases, prepare basic reports, and ensure data accuracy.
**Email & Coordination:** Manage daily emails professionally and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.
**Approvals & Documentation:** Process approvals/rejections and maintain proper documentation for all transactions.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
Strong written and verbal English skills
Previous experience in accounting, admin, or inventory/stock management is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
