Role overview

Responsibilities

• Align business goals with market needs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and oversee product and service innovation pipelines.
• Guide go-to-market strategies with farmers, commodity purchasers, and corporate partners.
• Manage budgets, set performance targets, monitor operational efficiency, and ensure quality and compliance.
• Build strategic partnerships, represent the company at industry events, and contribute to long-term agribusiness growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people-management experience directing cross-functional teams and improving organizational performance.
• Expertise in agribusiness, crop nutrition, or agricultural technology, including crop nutrients, microbes, and protectants.
• Strategic planning, business development, market expansion, and relevant product or service scaling experience.
• Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Communication, stakeholder-management, and negotiation skills across farmer, corporate, partner, and regulatory relationships.
• Experience overseeing research, product testing, validation, and commercialization.
• Ability to work on-site in Vishakhapatnam and collaborate with internal and external teams.

Preferred qualifications

• An advanced degree in agriculture, agronomy, agricultural science, business management, or a related field is preferred; substantial relevant experience may be considered equivalent.
• Senior leadership experience in agriculture, fertilizer, or allied sectors is highly beneficial.
