We are looking for a candidate with 4+ years of UAE experience and UAE Driving license. Skilled in reading and explaining engineering drawings, coordinating with procurement and accounts teams, ensuring compliance with ADM regulations, and supporting smooth project execution and documentation.
key Responsibilities:
1. Review, read, and explain engineering and technical drawings to project teams and clients.
2. Ensure all engineering activities comply with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) regulations and standards.
3. Coordinate with the procurement team for material requirements, quotations, and delivery schedules.
4. Coordinate with the accounts team regarding project billing, invoices, and payment documentation.
5. Prepare and submit technical documents, approvals, and reports as required by ADM.
6. Monitor project progress and provide technical support during execution.
7. Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality and compliance with approved drawings.
8. Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities when required.
9. Resolve technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
10. Maintain proper documentation of approvals, drawings, and project records.
