Hold a minimum of an Associates degree in Surgical Technology; PLUS, three years documentation of demonstrated work experience in the teaching field Or three years of documentation of demonstrated work experience AND agree to obtain an Associates Degree within three years of hire date.

Licenses and Certifications:

Hold credentials in the field of surgical technology through a national certification that is accredited by the National Commission on Certifying Agencies (NCCA) such as The National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting.
