Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Psychiatrist at Alsobh Hospital, located in Jiddah.
The Psychiatrist will assess, diagnose, and provide treatment to patients with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
They will develop and implement therapeutic strategies, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
Additionally, the role involves monitoring patient progress, updating treatment plans, and offering guidance to families and caregivers.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Psychiatry and Psychiatric Care, including diagnosis and treatment of a range of mental health conditions
3. Subspecialty in Addiction Psychiatry
Fellowship or advanced training in Addiction Psychiatry /

• Substance Use Disorders
- Certifications or structured training in:
- Detoxification management
- Dual diagnosis (mental illness + addiction)
- Medication-assisted treatment
- Specialized knowledge in Adolescent Psychiatry and understanding the unique mental health needs of this population
- Strong background in Medicine and Mental Health, with a focus on therapeutic interventions and patient care
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Licensed or eligible to practice as a Psychiatrist in Saudi Arabia
- Experience in hospital or clinical mental health settings is preferred
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare compliance standards
