Role Description
Loons Group W.L.L. is seeking an experienced AD 360 and IT OPS Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Doha, Qatar.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, delivering technical support, troubleshooting system issues, performing system administration tasks, and ensuring the efficiency and reliability of IT infrastructure.
The role requires collaboration with team members and problem-solving skills to maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT Operations and proficiency in managing day-to-day technical operations
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Knowledge of Information Technology systems and practices
- Proficiency in System Administration tasks such as monitoring, updates, and user access management
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, as part of a collaborative engineering team
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or similar are a plus
