Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with acute and emergency medical conditions
• Provide timely and effective interventions to stabilize critically ill patients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records for all patients
• Lead and participate in clinical audits, training, and quality improvement initiatives
• Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in acute and emergency medicine
• Educate patients and families regarding their conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Acute and Emergency Medicine
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine or Acute Care is preferred
• Valid medical license to practice in the Gulf region
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in acute and emergency medical settings
• Strong clinical acumen and the ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
