Client advisory and implementation
- Provide ongoing functional support to Acumatica clients and collaborate with the implementation team to meet client needs.
- Work as an Acumatica ERP systems analyst on solution implementations and issue resolution.
- Implement multiple Acumatica module suites; Financials is mandatory, while listed areas also include Construction, Project, Field Service, and Payroll.
- Manage end-to-end project work, including introductions, kickoff, training, configuration workshops, data migration, acceptance testing, go-live preparation, and go-live support.
- Plan schedules and coordinate client and internal meetings; maintain weekly project documentation and time and expense entries.
Product advocacy and development
- Obtain appropriate third-party certifications as applicable and become expert in assigned software systems and any publisher-required certifications.
- Share publisher releases, new features, tips, support and bug-resolution guidance, and implementation walkthroughs with colleagues.
- Participate in team meetings and learning sessions and invest in continuing professional development.
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of Acumatica software experience.
- At least 5 years of software implementation experience across ERP solutions.
- Financials module experience is mandatory; experience in other appropriate business modules is also sought.
