Overview
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and organized
Activities & Entertainment Animation Supervisor
to support, plan, and supervise engaging entertainment and activity programs within our residential compounds in Riyadh.
This role focuses on creating a lively, welcoming, and interactive environment for residents through well-planned recreational activities, themed events, social gatherings, live entertainment, and community-focused programs that enhance the overall residential experience.

Responsibilities
- Arrange, supervise, and support entertainment, events, and activity programs for residents of all age groups
- Assist in preparing a monthly calendar of engaging activities, events, and social programs within the compounds
- Suggest new ideas for interactive entertainment, resident activities, themed events, wellness programs, seasonal celebrations, and community gatherings
- Coordinate live performances, games, fitness activities, cultural events, and community gatherings
- Ensure all activities are enjoyable, well organized, and suitable for the compound environment
- Supervise event setup, scheduling, execution, and follow-up to maintain a high standard of quality
- Encourage resident participation and help create programs that strengthen community engagement
- Coordinate with compound management, vendors, and service teams to ensure smooth event delivery
- Monitor resident feedback, attendance, and activity performance to help improve future programs
Requirements
- Proven experience in entertainment animation supervision, activity coordination, or a similar role
- Previous experience in residential compounds, resorts, hospitality, or community living environments is required
- Excellent English communication skills (Required)
- Must be currently based in Riyadh
- Must be available for immediate joining
