Life Skills Hub is seeking a dynamic and community-minded professional to lead inclusive programming, community outreach, and partnership development across Qatar.
This role oversees the planning and execution of our Inclusive Discovery Camp and monthly Hub Social Days while helping expand sponsorships, community collaborations, and inclusive opportunities for individuals with special needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inclusive camps, outings, and community events
- Manage logistics, registrations, family communication, and staffing
- Build relationships with sponsors, hospitality partners, and community organizations
- Support scholarship outreach and inclusive community engagement initiatives
- Grow participation and strengthen community partnerships across Doha
Ideal Candidate
- Organized, relationship-driven, and passionate about inclusion
- Experienced in program coordination, outreach, events, or community engagement
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Bilingual Arabic and English
- This role directly contributes to creating meaningful social, recreational, and vocational opportunities for individuals with special needs while strengthening inclusive community spaces throughout Qatar.
