About This Role
Overview
We are seeking an Acting Team Leader - Riyadh to develop the Surgical Business portfolio across governmental and Ministry of Health (MOH) accounts in the Central Region.
In this role, the post holder will be responsible for driving territory performance, strengthening MOH and governmental partnerships, and managing a team of Product Specialists to ensure disciplined execution, compliance, and sustained growth while providing medical and clinical solutions for HCPs to improve the patient s quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- include but are not limited to:
- Oversee and support the sales team to achieve targets, implement business processes, and manage the workflow and sales pipeline within assigned territories.
- Drive achievement of MOH and governmental sales targets and ensure disciplined execution.
- Promote and sell high-end surgical solutions to public and private hospitals, ensuring scientific and clinical justification, and support tender deliveries in collaboration with MOH and governmental hospitals.
- Build strong and ethical relationships with key OR personnel, hospitals, and KOLs by visiting facilities, attending surgeries and meetings, and providing guidance on product use.
- Organize and deliver client training programs, in-services, and technical support to hospital staff, while maintaining client databases for organizational use.
- Coach and monitor a team of 4 5 Product Specialists/Senior Product Specialists, and track participation in training activities.
- Support the implementation of marketing plans, spend the majority of time in the field, and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders.

- Strong leadership and management abilities, with proven experience managing teams and fostering collaboration.
- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of the structure of English and Arabic Languages for both verbal and written communication.
