Position Details
Location : Full-Time-In the Jackson, MI Corporate Office
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am.-5:00pm. (Overtime as needed)
Wage: Starting at $15.50 per hr.
After you have completed 6 months, there is a possibility of working from home one day a week.

Day to Day
Accurate and timely data entry
Process incoming payments while verifying information is correct
Document management, problem resolution, and solve administrative issues with customers
Providing support over the phone and email for customers and employees
Research, resolve and update contracts and issues
Prepare reports and balance accounts
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Excellent attendance record
- Recent Accounts Receivable experience
- Accounting software knowledge (QuickBooks, Peachtree, NetSuite, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic, integrity, and values
