Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented **Accounts Receivable Executive** to manage invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliation.
The ideal candidate will ensure timely receipt of payments, maintain accurate financial records, and coordinate closely with sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments
- Coordinate with sales and project teams regarding billing and collections
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, LPOs, delivery notes, and contracts
- Prepare weekly/monthly AR reports and collection status updates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Requirements
1.
Minimum 2 years UAE experience
2. Preferably Female
3.
Arabic will be advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
Education
- Bachelor's (Preferred)

- AR: 2 years (Required)
- UAE: 2 years (Required)
