Role description

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing and prepare and send client invoices aligned with agency projects and contracts.
• Track outstanding receivables, follow up on payments, and support credit control.
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain current records in finance and accounting systems.
• Assist with accounts receivable financial reporting.
• Communicate payment status and account queries clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work with finance and client account teams to support cash flow, reduce overdue balances, and improve billing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong billing and invoicing skills, including preparing, issuing, and reconciling client invoices.
• Credit control capability and experience monitoring outstanding balances and conducting professional payment follow-ups.
• Analytical skills for reviewing receivables data, identifying discrepancies, and supporting accurate reporting.
• Foundational finance knowledge relevant to receivables and cash flow management.
• Attention to detail, accurate data entry, and proficiency with accounting or ERP software and spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets.
• Effective written and verbal communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Prior accounts receivable, accounting, or finance support experience is preferred.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is beneficial.
• Comfort collaborating both on-site and remotely in a hybrid environment.
