Role description
Part-time hybrid Accounts Receivable Assistant, Administrator, or Officer role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with some work-from-home flexibility.
Supports customer billing, receivables, credit control, reconciliations, reporting, and cash-flow management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices, monitor receivables ledgers, and ensure timely posting of payments.
- Support billing, follow up on outstanding receivables, and assist with credit control.
- Maintain documentation, reconcile customer accounts, and help resolve discrepancies.
- Work with finance colleagues on reporting and cash-flow management.
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to support collections and payment experience.
Qualifications
- Skills related to billing and invoicing, credit control, analytical review, and finance are requested.
- Accounting or ERP software proficiency, attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication are additional qualifications.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a hybrid environment, with time-management and organizational skills.
- Relevant accounts receivable, accounting, or finance-support experience is beneficial; a related diploma or degree is an advantage.
Work arrangement
- Hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate with some work-from-home flexibility.
