Role Description

The Accounts & Purchase Executive will handle day-to-day purchasing and procurement operations, including managing purchase requisitions, processing purchase orders, and overseeing purchase management systems.

The role involves liaising with suppliers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Additionally, collaboration with internal teams to source and procure materials as per requirements will be key responsibilities.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day books of accounts using Tally, Quickbooks and Zoho.
  • Process accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Handle UAE VAT filing and ensure FTA compliance.
  • Raise and track purchase orders through to delivery confirmation.
  • Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms.
  • Coordinate with operations team on procurement needs.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • 2–4 years in accounting and/or purchasing.
  • Proficient in Tally ERP or similar accounting software.
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.
  • Experience in a trading or distribution company preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
