Role overview
A building-materials trading company seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join its finance team.
The role combines accounting workflows with material procurement; fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Support accounting workflows and material procurement processes.
- Perform high-volume data entry and generate purchase orders.
- Process invoices accurately.
- Use Excel formulas and spreadsheets to track data and manage inventory information.
- Communicate with suppliers by professional email and coordinate procurement-related matters.
Requirements
- Ability to learn accounting workflows and material procurement processes quickly.
- Fast and accurate typing for data entry, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data tracking, and inventory spreadsheets.
- Strong written and spoken English for professional email and supplier coordination.
- At least 1 to 3 years of accounting experience; experience in trading, construction, or building materials in the UAE is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 per month.

- Work location is in person.
