Accounts Payable Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process accounts payable invoices through the P2P software.
- Maintain accounts payable e-mail.
- Prepare and maintain vendor documentation.
- Support weekly payment runs and post payments in accounting system.
- Perform vendor account reconciliations and address any discrepancies.
- Review and post expense reporting transactions.
- Assist in month-end close processes.
- Support annual audit request as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Accounts Receivable Experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Must have a fundamental understanding of accounting principles.
- Previous Aerospace and Defense experience a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail.
- Prior NetSuite experience preferred.
- Prior with P2P software and Expense software preferred.
- COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $70,000 - $115,000
- Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.
- Work Location —Successful candidates will be located near Centennial, CO. While we observe a hybrid work environment, some work must be done on site.
