Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, payment requests, and financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Review invoices and supporting documents for completeness and compliance with company procedures.
• Handle payment processing, transaction verification, and refund requests under internal policies.
• Reconcile payment records and investigate discrepancies or failed transactions.
• Maintain accounts payable, payment, refund, and related financial records.
• Coordinate with departments, vendors, and customers about payment or refund inquiries.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on pending payments.
• Assist with financial reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end closing.
