Role overview
The employer is seeking an Accounts Payable professional with solid UAE construction industry experience.
The role supports supplier accounting, payment processing, reconciliations, recordkeeping, and monthly closing.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and supplier accounts.
- Verify and process supplier invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents.
- Monitor outstanding supplier balances and coordinate payments.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with monthly closing.
- Coordinate with procurement, project, commercial, and accounts teams regarding invoices and payments.
Requirements
- Relevant Accounts Payable experience is required.
- UAE construction industry experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of accounting procedures and Microsoft Excel is required.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills are required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
