Role overview
Join the Glasgow Asset Services team as an Accounts Payable Analyst.
Support the Asset Services Department, working with property managers, the accounting team and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Process and maintain the purchase ledger end to end.
- Answer calls and deal with supplier enquiries.
- Provide general administration to support the smooth running of the purchase ledger team.
Skills and experience
- Experience in a finance or property management practice is ideal.
- Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Office environment knowledge is required; finance or property management office experience is preferable.
- PC skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint are requested; Tramps and Yardi experience is preferable.
- Candidates should value accuracy and deadlines, be organized, work under pressure and learn quickly.
- Reliable commuting to Glasgow or relocation before starting is required.
