Responsibilities

• Process vendor and corporate card payables and employee expense reports in line with company policies and accounting standards.
• Process payment runs and prepare asset, amortization, prepayment, and other adjustment journal entries.
• Respond professionally to vendor and internal inquiries.
• Maintain audit and tax schedules for year-end audit and tax filings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Post-secondary accounting or finance training is an asset.
• Paperless Accounts Payable process experience is preferred; experience with accounting process change is required.
• Intermediate Excel skills; ability to learn accounting software quickly, including Dynamics SL and SAP Concur.
• Strong customer service, communication, time management, attention to detail, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and work effectively without continuous direction.

Compensation

• Wage range is $24–$31 per hour, with the offer based on experience and qualifications.
