Job Duties:

Post, process and review accounts payable invoices and purchase orders

Pay and reconcile credit cards, monthly vendor invoices and statements

Answer vendor and customer inquiries regarding accounts payable

Audit purchase requests for materials, supplies and equipment; verifying that orders are charged to the proper accounts

Assist with special projects as required

1-2 years of previous experience in accounts payable is strongly preferred

Extremely well organized with the ability to meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Possess a friendly customer service approach, with the ability to be comfortable dealing and interacting with various customers, vendors, and staff

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
