Accounts Manager
About This Role
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including local, state, and federal laws.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits, providing all necessary documentation and support.
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines.
- Provide financial analysis and insight to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Supervise and manage accounting staff, ensuring development and adherence to best practices.
Qualifications
- Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial reporting and tax preparation.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
