· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
· Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA is preferred.
· Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting is an advantage.
· Minimum 3-**5 years of accounting experience**
· Proven experience in the **construction or engineering industry**.
· Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, and contract accounting.
· Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
· Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability for ongoing construction projects.
· Review project expenditures and ensure proper allocation of costs to projects.
· Prepare project-wise financial reports and variance analyses.
· Coordinate with project managers to track project revenues, costs, and forecasts.
