Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• **Invoice Generation:** Manage and generate accurate invoices for clients, ensuring all necessary details are captured and sent on time.
• **GST, TDS, and VAT Filing:** Handle the filing of GST, TDS, and VAT returns as per applicable regulations.
• **Purchase and Booking Orders:** Oversee purchase orders, booking orders, and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
• **Client Coordination & Payment Follow-Up:** Liaise with clients to ensure timely payments and manage follow-up processes.
• **Accounting & Audits:** Perform internal audits, manage financial records in Tally, and ensure accuracy in accounting processes.
• **Advanced Excel Reporting:** Use advanced Excel skills to generate financial reports, manage data, and analyze trends.
• **Communication:** Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.

Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, VAT filing, and other financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
