Accounts Executive
About This Role
We are seeking a Russian-speaking Accountant with experience in UAE business setup and corporate services to support our growing operations. The ideal candidate will handle financial processes for both the company and client portfolios, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting for internal operations and client accounts
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and documentation
- Handle VAT registration, filing, and compliance for clients
- Assist with company formation financial requirements and advisory
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Coordinate with auditors and support external audits
- Process payroll and expense tracking
- Liaise with clients (Russian-speaking) regarding financial matters and reporting
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, including FTA regulations
Requirements:
- Fluency in Russian and English (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE, preferably in business setup / consultancy / corporate services
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and financial regulations
- Experience handling multiple client accounts
- Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
