We are hiring Male/ Female Accounts Executive in Qatar.
If you are looking to grow your career in accounting and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional to contribute to a dynamic work environment and gain hands-on experience across core accounting functions.
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Senior Manager / General Manager
Salary: QAR 3000 – 5000
Visa sponsorship required for transfer
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial ledgers (customer, supplier, cash, bank)
- Prepare monthly financial reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable, including invoicing, collections, and supplier payments
- Monitor expenses and provide variance analysis to management
- Process payroll and manage employee settlements
- Support VAT filing, audits, and ensure compliance with Qatar regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams on billing, fuel expenses, and operational costs
Requirements
- 2 Plus Year experience required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems
