Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Data Entry Executive to manage and maintain accurate financial records.
The candidate will be responsible for entering accounting data, supporting finance operations, and ensuring data accuracy in the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter daily financial transactions into accounting software (e.g., invoices, payments, receipts)
- Maintain and update accounts records with high accuracy
- Verify and reconcile data with source documents
- Assist in preparing reports such as expenses, purchases, and sales summaries
- Handle filing and documentation of financial records
- Support the accounts team with basic accounting tasks
- Ensure data confidentiality and proper record keeping
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for invoice tracking
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounts/data entry (UAE experience preferred)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience in accounting software (e.g., Focus ERP preferred)
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge in VAT (UAE)
- Experience in interior fit-out or construction industry (optional)
- Ability to work under deadlines
