Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the Cash and Accounts Receivable team; manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process.
- Improve cash flow and working capital; monitor debtor balances and support credit control.
- Maintain financial controls, governance and compliance procedures.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities; manage credit risk and timely collections.
- Support process improvement, automation, transformation and development of systems, controls and reporting.
- Build stakeholder relationships and improve efficiency across transactional finance.
Candidate requirements
- Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
- Experience managing a transactional finance team.
- Strong experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Cash Management.
- Experience in a large, complex, multi-site organisation.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable, cash management and working capital principles.
