Full Job Posting

Support day-to-day bookkeeping and month-end close for UK and UAE operations.

The full-time, office-based role reports to the Head of Finance.

Record sales and purchase invoices, receipts, and payments in Odoo.
Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways, and credit cards weekly.
Check supplier invoices against purchase orders and deliveries; prepare payment runs for approval.
Raise customer invoices, chase overdue balances, and maintain accounts-receivable ageing reports.
Match website orders, refunds, and payouts to the ledger.
Prepare month-end schedules for accruals, prepayments, petty cash, and intercompany balances.
Assist with UK and UAE VAT records and returns and support external auditors.
Maintain organized digital financial records and prepare ad hoc Excel reports for the Head of Finance.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2–3 years in an accounts role; trading, e-commerce, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, reconciliations, and VAT.
Hands-on accounting-system experience; Odoo is preferred.
Strong Excel skills, accuracy, discretion, and ability to meet month-end deadlines.

Pay starts at AED 4,000 per month.
Package includes UAE visa, medical insurance, annual leave, and an air ticket in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
