Accounts & Logistics Executive
About This Role
• Day to Day Journal Entries for Accounts. Detailed Reconciliation of all Accounts.
• Prepare Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices & all Vouchers.
• Prepare Trial Balance & Finalization of Accounts with Auditor.
• Ensure shipments comply with LC terms.
• Prepare Import & Export related documentation including switch BL.
• Day to Day Banking Transactions, Vat Reconciliation, Return Filing VAT payments and managing Claims
• Arrange shipments on competitive freight terms.
• Responsible to liaise with Suppliers for timely shipments.
• Liaise with Customers for Purchase order confirmation.
• Collection & Submission Documents/Switch BL.
