Best Line Garage in Dubai is seeking an organized Accounts, Admin & Procurement Executive.

The role manages accounting, administration, purchasing, supplier coordination, and management reporting.

The position works closely with the Managing Director and supports day-to-day garage management.

Handle bookkeeping, invoices, receipts, payments, petty cash, and expense records; prepare monthly profit and loss, expense, revenue, and management reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, supplier payments, and customer outstanding balances.
Purchase spare parts and other business supplies; obtain and compare supplier quotations, negotiate terms, prepare purchase orders, and coordinate delivery and payment.
Coordinate urgent parts requirements with workshop and office teams; support inventory and stock control.
Maintain supplier, purchasing, invoice, and company records; manage filing and documentation.
Provide administrative and reporting support to the Managing Director and follow up on pending payments, purchases, quotations, and documents.

Experience in accounting, administration, and/or procurement.
Good knowledge of bookkeeping, profit and loss, and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
Good communication and supplier negotiation skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Automotive, garage, or spare-parts industry experience is advantageous; UAE experience is preferred.
