Role overview
Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join the finance team in Dubai.
The role requires accounting and finance experience, financial reporting and reconciliation knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports; handle bookkeeping and inventory management.
- Generate purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including timely payments and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash transactions.
- Assist with tax compliance and liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Process quotations, invoices, and payments through online banking portals.
- Support budgeting and forecasting; collaborate with internal teams on accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain financial records under UAE accounting standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least two years of accounting or finance experience; the posting separately lists one year of accounting experience as required.
- Proficiency in ZOHO accounting software and strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Arabic is preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
