Accounting Staff

About This Role

We are looking for an organized Accountant to manage the financial bookkeeping of our business. In this position, you will be charged with analyzing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting and legal requirements, and preparing budgets.

• Preparing financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
• Assisting with monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
• Assisting with the preparation of yearly audits and financial management reports
• Processing payroll, verifying documentation and postings, and reconciling payroll sub-ledgers to the general ledger
• Preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements
• Developing, implementing, modifying, and documenting recordkeeping and accounting systems
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
• Keeping management informed of financial status and developments within the company’s financial structure
• Improving job knowledge by keeping up-to-date with new financial regulations and accepted practices, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks

Nationality: From Philippines that having experience on the field of accounts.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
