About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Record, review, and reconcile financial transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to assist management in decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and international accounting standards (IFRS/SOCPA).
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support audit activities and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
• Assist in the preparation of cost analyses, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and support continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure financial controls, transparency, and proper cost allocations.
• Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial reporting within an industrial or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial controls.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
