About This Role
1. Position : Accounting and operation coordinator
2. Incentive : Can get an additional incentive monthly basis according to sales result after probation period
4. Experience : Having an experience at least 3 ~ 5 years
In case of new staff - 6 months probation period
5. Required language : English
6. Main tasks :
- Date entry every day
- Outstanding AR/AP management
- Payment supporting documents
- Visa renewal and basic HR coordination
- Staff attendance and leave management
- General office administration duties
- Support for accounting and operational documentation
7. Working hour : 08:00 ~ 17:00
8. Working day : Mon ~ Fri ( 5 days )
9. Preference
Working actively and sincerely
Timely update and reporting capability
Well communicating with others
Reliable and honest person
Equipped a strong sense of global business etiquette
Available to start work immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,700.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
