Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance OR

2-4 years of Accounts Receivable and/or Treasury experience in a high-volume environment

Lawson ERP

Bank Portals

HRC

Lockbox Processing

ServiceNow (per hiring manager intake)

Invoice.com / Bluecrew-related transactions (per hiring manager intake)

Processing transactions from HRC into Lawson

Daily bank reconciliations

Moving money between accounts

Payment applications

Account adjustments

Banking operations and bank communication

ServiceNow ticket management

Researching and resolving discrepancies

2-4+ years of AR, Treasury, Cash Application, Banking Operations, or Reconciliation experience

Comfortable working with banks and resolving payment discrepancies

Experience in high-volume transactional environments

ERP experience required; Lawson preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Able to balance processing work with investigation and issue resolution

The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $45,000- $55,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
