Role Description
This full-time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, serves as an Accounting & Administration Officer with expertise in Zoho and Microsoft 365.
The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining an organized system for records, providing customer service, supporting internal communications, and assisting with financial reporting.
This position requires collaboration across teams to ensure smooth business operations while adhering to the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in General Administration and Administrative Assistance
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Excellent Organization Skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Zoho applications and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Prior experience in accounting or administrative roles is preferred
- Knowledge of automation or industrial solutions is an advantage
