Accounting/Admin Assistant

Overview

• Maintains the accounts receivable, updating sales and supporting documentation.
• Maintains accounts payable, ensures timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt, reconcile invoices, cheque preparation and gathering appropriate signatures.
• Updating financial records like petty cash, sales and other files in Excel.
• Gathering employees data and input into the database.
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
• Collecting and distributing mail and responding to emails for clients and suppliers.
• Preparing communications such as memos, emails, invoices or reports.
• Writing and editing letters, reports and instructional documents.
• Creating and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
• Managing accounts and performing basic bookkeeping.
• Performing data entry.
• Assisting with the management with day to day office tasks.
• Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
• Processing expense reports.
• Managing travel arrangements.
• Coordinating and updating the agreements and contracts.
• Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
