Emirates First Business Service is looking for a skilled and dedicated Accountant with strong hands-on experience in Zoho Books and Zoho CRM.
The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of bookkeeping, VAT registration, accounting operations, auditing support, and client handling.
We are seeking someone with a strong personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage accounting responsibilities independently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle VAT registration, filing, and submissions as per UAE regulations
- Manage bookkeeping and day-to-day financial transactions
- Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and payments
- Track and reconcile sales bookings and collections
- Review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow statements
- Ensure accuracy in financial records and compliance with accounting standards
- Support internal audit processes and maintain documentation
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth financial operations
- Follow up on work status, payments, and task completion
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accountant
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience is mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience in Zoho Books and Zoho CRM
- Good knowledge of VAT registration, bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients efficiently
