Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with strong administrative skills and experience in the real estate and holiday homes sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, supporting daily administrative operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

Accounting Duties

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial transactions
  • Handle invoicing, collections, and payments follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar)
  • Assist with audits and VAT filings in compliance with UAE regulations

Administrative Duties

  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Manage documentation, contracts, and client records
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and scheduling
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

Real Estate & Holiday Homes

  • Manage financial aspects of property leasing and holiday home operations
  • Track rental income, expenses, and owner statements
  • Coordinate with property management teams for payments and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations related to holiday homes (e.g., DTCM if in Dubai)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting + administration
  • Experience in real estate or holiday homes is a must
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills in English

  • Experience with property management systems
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
