Overview
- Performing all accounting operations related to accounts paid and accounts receivable relevant to the department’s activities in line with approved plans and programs.
- Tasks and responsibilities
- Preparing and monitoring budgets and financial reports
- Review financial transactions, invoices, and payments across financial systems
- Tracking assets, bank reconciliations, and financial archiving
- Supporting internal and external auditing activities
- Carry out financial and administrative tasks as directed by the direct supervisor.
- Academic qualification
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent from a recognized university.
- with 2-4 years experience
- or
- A higher diploma in finance, accounting, or equivalent from a recognized university.
- with 4-6 years of experience
