Role Overview

- ****What You'll Do?****
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing financial statements
- Perform bank reconciliations and support general ledger maintenance
- Record journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
- Maintain and update fixed asset records and schedules
- Review expenses, payroll records, and supporting documentation as assigned
- Update financial data in systems and databases to ensure accuracy and timely availability
- Prepare and support weekly and monthly financial reports
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support senior accountants with accounting projects, reporting, and ad hoc finance tasks
- Help ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining accurate records, documentation, and audit-ready files
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated attention to detail through accurate transaction processing, account reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution
